Monday Morning American Idol Betting Odds - Top 4

This morning both Bovada and Pinnacle have their betting odds posted so I can now comment on them. Since last Friday, the Pinnacle odds have shifted for all of the 4 remaining contestants. Hollie Cavanagh has seen her long shot odds decrease from 21.12 to 20.34, and Phillip Phillips has seen his front runner odds actually decrease from 2.35:1 to 2.07:1. The other two saw their Pinnacle odds slightly increase, Joshua Ledet increasing from 3.53:1 to 3.81:1 and Jessica Sanchez from 2.85:1 to 3.30:1. If we look at the Bovada odds, their odds on Phillip are even lower, 7/5 or 1.2:1, with Jessica and Joshua tied at 2:1 odds and Hollie at 18:1. If we average these together I can generate my latest graphs. I only have a few more weeks to track these numbers for the year!

The odds on Jessica and Joshua have tightened up so it is getting hard to predict which of the two of them will likely be in the finale with Phillip. Then there is everyone's favorite underdog, Hollie, who continues to see her odds improve. Could she actually end up in the finale? It all depends on their power voting fan bases to see who ends up in the final three, and then the finale and then who finally wins. I do not think this season the winner is as clearcut as it was in Season 10.
