His betting odds are not as low as Scotty McCreery's last year who paid a piddly 1:5 odds, and Jessica's 3.74:1 is a little higher than Lauren Alaina's 3:1 odds at that time. Now that it is down to just Phillip and Jessica, the two front runners all season, I can change my chart to have a linear and not logarithmic scale since both of their odds have always been under 5:1.
In March Jessica was the favorite until her near elimination and save in early April. Since then Phillip has been the one to beat, and it looks like nobody will do it.
